What Do You Love? (Coming Again Soon)
A Novel Continuum Workshop
This experiential gathering will be a journey into experiencing and integrating what we love.
How does it feel when you love something? How does it feel when it is missing or loss occurs? Inspired by the story "The Beloved Cow," in Michael Mead's book, Fate and Destiny, we will choose one thing which we love (not necessarily what we love the most), such as a tree, the fall season, a rock, the ocean, or a pet .
We will subsequently participate in an exercise of sorting and discovering the qualities and characteristics of the elected choice. Once a more articulated and defined awareness of these qualities is achieved, we shall proceed to embody (integrate) these qualities into our "beingness"...using sound, breath, movement, and sensing.
Through a creative exploration we become what we love and the love that is inside of us is awakened, recognized, and blessed.

In this workshop we will consider an alternative view of the body, one in which the body becomes the fuel for its own transcendence. Using sounds, dexterity of breath, and micro-movements, we shall enter a deep silent listening that takes us outside/inside ourselves to an awareness that could be called freedom. Rather than following a fixed system of postures or formalized exercises that maintain patterned structures without release, our explorations delve into the play of emerging and dissolving form. Via the body and its fluid intelligence, we shall be introduced to our essence which is non-personal and unitary. Free from assumptions and historical impositions, we become creativity in progress: always new, original, boundless, and unconditioned…truly present and alive.
No experience necessary. All experience welcome. Just come with a curiosity about a practice that increases vitality and creates ease of movement through a resonance with our bio-intelligence. For beginners, or for those who would like to have a deeper immersion with Continuum.

In this class we will travel an ancient path and map of awakening called the
Chakras using sacred myth, ritual, art and the healing modality of Continuum.
Continuum is a modality that uses breath and sound to enliven a fluid bio-cellular dynamic.
With this awakening, our boundaries become more mutable and adaptable, allowing more movement and space to arrive through wave motion. This facilitates a creative exploration and transformation of the person. One’s conditioned way of being in the world can be altered and the constraints of psychological and physical biases dissolved.
The engagement with the Fluid system awakens a bio-intelligence that invites fexibility, fluidity, wholeness and health. We will use Continuum as a method to move through portals of consciousness called the Chakras into greater personal health and well being.
You will learn:
• The seven major chakras: their associated colors, sounds, qualities expressed in the physical, emotional and psychological bodies.
• How the breath, sound and fluid movements can clear your chakras and bring you into better health.
• How to identify subtle energy awareness and assessment of it in your body.
• How to create a Continuum Chakra self-care practice specific to you or your clients energetic needs.
